"NASA's Journey to Mars" is a truly spell-binding immersive visual and sound experience that has been captivating audiences at NASA Visitor Centers and Planetarium Domes throughout our country.  "NASA's Journey to Mars" is a short planetarium dome presentation aimed at sparking interest in STEM… Science, Technology, Engineering and Math through educational programs.  Based on national science standards, STEM educational programs aim at building a greater understanding of America’s space-flight program. 

NASA’s Journey to Mars is a holistic approach to solving challenges to landing humans on Mars, and to answering key scientific questions about Mars, its environment, its history and its habitability.  This Journey is not something NASA is planning to do, it’s something NASA is ambitiously pursuing, right now, through many venues and by combining the best talents, experiences and professions in a variety of fields.  Not only is NASA’s Journey to Mars the most ambitious mission the agency has undertaken, it will consist of a series of stepping stones that will also be some of the most ambitious missions ever flown to date.
